The Noah Shenandoah Cup represents more than a video project, it’s a destination-driven storytelling tool designed to showcase Shenandoah County the way visitors actually experience it: through its people, places, and local businesses. Featuring more than 40 businesses across the county, the project transforms individual stops into a connected journey, encouraging visitors to move beyond a single attraction and instead explore the full breadth of what makes Shenandoah County special — from outdoor adventure and historic towns to locally owned restaurants, breweries, shops, and experiences. By packaging these assets into a single narrative, the Noah Shenandoah Cup helps position Shenandoah County not just as a place to pass through, but as a place to stay longer, discover more, and return again.

From an economic development perspective, the value is equally strong. Tourism succeeds when visitors feel a personal connection to a place, and this project intentionally builds that connection by putting faces and stories behind local businesses.
